The second week of November was public holiday in Turkey. After a short visit to Germany we headed for Paris. I love Paris! There was soo much I wanted to taste, I almost went crazy. Apart from sight seeing our trip evolved around Bourbon vanilla & chocolate from Fouquet, Laudrée macarons, pastry class at Cookin’ With Class, Valrhona chocolate and more vanilla beans at G. Detou, brand new Madeleine and tart molds etc. etc. etc.…
